Description Originating from the valleys of the Ligurian hinterland, the Croxettis were formerly worked by pressing the bottom of a glass on a sheet of pastry, and then enriched, over time, with particular decorations and stampings. Excellent with the traditional walnut sauce, they represent an institution in the history of Ligurian cuisine.
