ABOUT THIS PRODUCT This is a basic wedge shaped cushion that can be used under the knees or thighs to help prevent sliding when a patient is sitting up or semi-reclined in a bed. It may be placed under the knees, and some of the filling can be removed under each leg to create a pommel between the knees so that the legs rest in two separate channels. It is possible to remove or add some of the Soft Hollow-Core Polyester Fiber filling for particular pressure care. This filling is cool and soft next to the body, and may help patients stay thermoneutral.
