Okay I read all the review before purchase and I sceptic about the product. Here are my thoughts after using it a couple times. First of all, most review talk about the assembly. Yeah, it’s “hard” but far from impossible. My tip here is to build it at home once or twice and leave it assembled for a couple days. It’ll be less stiff when you’ll use it in camping. Please build it at least once before going in a trip so you get the feel of how much force you need to use. The assemble is mainly two parts : 1. Inserting the rods on each side (super easy) 2. Inserting the support beams inside the rods (harder) – the beams are stiff and need force to be pushed inside the rods. This is the part everyone complains about. Disassembly is really easy and the carry bag is loose enough for everything to fit. Assembly aside, the bed itself. It is definitely comfortable! You won’t feel the ground as it’s elevated enough. It doesn’t deflate like an inflatable mattress and it’s super stable if you roll from one side to the other. What I also like is that you can store stuff underneath which helps a lot in constrained spaces. We were able to fit two of these in a 4 people tent. My only negative complain about the product is long term support. The company/brand is obscure and Walmart doesn’t offert support or warranty. You have to deal with the manufacturer. Final thoughts : this thing is also great for sleepovers as its way better than your friend’s deflating mattress.
