How to Use : Place the weighted bag over eyes Can be heated on a radiator or in the microwave for approx 45 seconds Can be frozen (in an airtight bag) for pain relief Good for relieving sore muscles Made from : Washable cover – Luxurious Enzyme Washed 100% Pure Linen Okeo-Tex Certified Eco Friendly. Inner bag – Hemp muslin cloth – Eco friendly Organic cotton. Filled with organic flaxseed, dried mugwort, mugwort pure essential oil and melissa (lemon balm) pure essential oil. Care : Do not wash the inner bag. Outer cover can be removed, wash at 30 degrees and air dry. When scent fades you can refresh by putting a few drops of pure essential oil on inner bag, allow to dry before replacing cover.
