So far so good. The application is an easy install and is lightweight for it abilities. There is a very easy to use touch interface on the printer, although it is small it offers many options.The print quality is decent, I recently printed a 700 page manual followed by a 400 page manual and it used 1.5 black in cartridges. I have since installed refillable cartridges and they seem to be working fine.The overall build is ok but the paper trays are a bit flimsy. That is why I rated it 4 stars.The printer starts printing in a decent amount of time from a cold state but print speed is not fast.A point for me was the ability to print 11″x17″ and it does that well even though you have to load the sheets from the back of the printer. There are numerous printing options, duplex, multi page per sheet, copying, enlarge, decrease.You can easily send scanned documents to your computer with 1 touch and the multi sheet feeder works well.The fax worked fine even through magicjack phone service.I think this is a great option for a small office looking for a document management system.
